For deliveries of orders within the UK there are two options, both with Royal Mail.  The slightly more economical "1st class recorded" and for urgent orders, "special delivery" which provides guaranteed delivery before 1pm on the next working day.

For our overseas customers, again we offer an economy option using the Post Office, which is a "priority mail" service but offers no guarantees and if it the package is held in customs for query, these queries are usally submitted by post and as such considerable delays can ensue.  However, for customers ordering well in advance, this provides a cost effective route for delivery, particularly throughout Europe where the alternative is perhaps prohibitive.

UPS is our preferred overseas shipper - proving to be the most reliable courier firm, with a tremendous record of meeting delivery promises.

The "courier service" is UPS’s express service which guarantees 2 day delivery to almost all parts for the USA for instance.   With UPS delivery you will receive an email when we ship out, advising you of the tracking number for your parcel, and you will be able to track your parcel’s progress, on their website.
