Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, return it unworn (within 10 days) in its original condition and packaging so that it is resaleable, for a full goods refund. Please ensure all labels and seals are left intact on the items. Note shipping is not included in this refund guarantee. After 10 days, the level of refund may be reduced. After 30 days all orders are final, and refunds not applicable.

The 10 days mentioned is time with you - i.e. it needs to be postmarked within 10 days. You do not need to make sure we receive it back within 10 days - we know that shipping from around the world can take time. Detailed return instructions (to ensure a trouble free return through British Customs) is included with each package. However, you are welcome to have a copy emailed to you before you choose to buy from us if you wish, just ask.

We will refund the card that you paid on, within 30 days of the return (as required under visa mail order regulations).
